1. Where We Ship:

We are currently shipping to United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. (We do not ship fragrance & beauty products outside of the United Sates at this time)

2. Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. If you place an order after 1:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), we will process it on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time frames:

Shipping within the United States

  • The Deleivery time is 3–5 business days.

Shipping to Canada, Australia & New Zealand

  • The Delivery time is 3–5 business days

4. Shipping Costs within US:

  • Orders $0.01–$88.99 = $6.49
  • Orders $89.00 and up = Free

5. Shipping Carriers:

We use multiple shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. 

6. International Shipping Carriers, Duties & Taxes

We ship all international orders by DHL express and all duties & taxes are prepaid at our end. (All duties and taxes will appear on checkout)

7. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.

8. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address leads to the return of your items, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. Contact us at info@shopozze.com for assistance.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order after confirmation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. Once the order is shipped, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further assistance.
