We are delivering most of the international orders by DHL/FEDEX/UPS within 4-7 business days

Please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of order. We are accepting returns within 30-days of order delivery date.

We do not accept returns for opened or used perfume & beauty products.

For the US customer we will provide the free return label, If the customer received the damage or wrong item.

For International returns customer will be responsible for returning the item by trackable carrier.

We initiate the refund within 3-business days upon received the item back to our warehouse.
