My box and/or items arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are SO sorry to hear you received a damaged or incomplete box or one of the box items is defective.

Please contact us at info@Shopozze.com within 24 hours of receiving your box and, if you receive a box with damaged contents please include photographs of the item(s) so we can get a replacement product piece out to you ASAP. 

If a replacement is not available, our customer service team can advise you on the options they have at their disposal to make things right!

 

What’s the return policy?

We do not allow for box open fragrance and skin care Items return. Only unopened  Items for those categories can be returned. Any other categories like Electronics, Home Décor, Pets etc can be return in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us for return Label  

 

Can I return a box item if I do not like it?

Except Fragrance and Skin Care all items can be return see the return policy of each item under the description.

 

How to return a package from Canada

Our Canadian warehouse is located in Woodbridge , ON. Please contact us and we will help you to return the item.

 

Out of Stock Item Policy 

If we received an order and item not in stock, we will notify you by email and refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours.
